My Story
Dr. Romanda Dillon the daughter of Theortice and Shirley Miller and the granddaughter of the late Clinton and Noami Goree is a proud London‑based educator, researcher, and community advocate whose life reflects the strength, resilience, and ambition rooted in her family.
At the University of East London, Romanda serves as an Impact & Evaluation Support Officer and Adjaunt Lecturer in Sports Biomechanics.
In addition to her academic and professional work, Romanda is a charter member of the Alpha Alpha Eta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., located in London. As part of this historic organization, she contributes to service, scholarship, sisterhood, and finer womanhood, values that align deeply with her commitment to community uplift and empowerment. Her involvement reflects her dedication to building supportive networks for women and strengthening the presence of Black Greek life in the UK.
For Romanda, family reunions are a celebration of legacy, a reminder of the powerful women who shaped her, the values they passed down, and the joy of staying connected across generations.
